Talk around Charlie Curnow's future at the Carlton footy club continues to bubble along, with the big key forward having his season exit meeting with the Blues on Thursday.
Curnow attempted to quash any chat over his future with the club when he declared late last month “I’m playing at Carlton next year, done” after a defeat to Hawthorn.
But it hasn't stopped the rumours from flying around, particularly in light of Blues teammates Tom De Koning and Jack Silvagni flagging their intentions to leave.
While the 28-year-old Curnow, who is a two-time All Australian and dual Coleman medallist, is widely expected to remain at Carlton for at least one more season, his meeting with club officials is an opportunity for him to voice some concerns.

“Curnow has his exit meeting today (Thursday),” AFL reporter Tom Morris said on SEN Breakfast.
“I don’t expect he will walk in there and request a trade, but he will discuss his future and air some grievances with the club.”
Curnow was previously linked with a move to Queensland, while the Sydney Swans have more recently been discussed as a potential landing spot.
Yet the Swans would have to come up with an extraordinary offer to have any chance of prising Curnow from the Blues' grasp.
“If this happens, and it’s a huge if, Sydney can’t give Carlton even close to what they want," Morris added.
“It will be incumbent on Curnow’s management to orchestrate that deal and be the middle person. We’re a long long way off that.
“Being hypothetical, if Curnow was off contract he would be requesting a trade but it’s too hard now given how long his deal is.
“I think it would have to be (a) remarkable (offer).”
