An intriguing clash between Sydney and Fremantle is set to take place on Saturday, with the loser's season in a spot of bother.

Both sides have notched up three wins in the first eight games despite early year predictions having each club toward the top of the ladder.

The Dockers go into this clash with no changes while the Swans were forced to make at least two changes as Tom McCartin (headaches) and Peter Ladhams (arm) pulled up injured.

The last time Fremantle won at the SCG was back in 2011.
