Richmond will play the Western Bulldogs on Sunday afternoon at IKON Park in Melbourne in Round 2 of the 2025 Australian Football League Women's (AFLW) season.

Richmond had a fantastic 2024 season, finishing seventh in the home-and-away standings and making it to the Finals Series. But they failed at the first hurdle after losing to Port Adelaide in the Elimination Final. They have not had the best start in 2025 as they stumbled in their Round 1 loss to the Swans.

The Bulldogs only placed 12th on the AFLW ladder in 2024, which was a rather terrible campaign by their standards. With four victories and seven defeats during the home-and-away season. Their start to 2025 could not have been worse. They lost their campaign-opening clash 62-14 against Melbourne after a horror showing.

The Sporting News looks at the key details ahead of this game, including how to watch the match, kickoff times, and the latest lineup news.
