The AFL's inaugural Gather Round is here.

Brisbane and North Melbourne will take centre stage in the Adelaide Hills, at Mount Barker Oval on Saturday afternoon.

The Lions' impressive win against Collingwood in round four has them as clear favourites to take home the chocolates, as the club will look to add some much needed percentage.

However, the Kangaroos' pluckiness so far in 2023 has fans excited by what they will produce on a weekly basis.

Undersized and undermanned last week against Carlton, Alastair Clarkson's men held strong and played the game out, while providing plenty of opportunities to remain striking distance but unfortunately failing to do so.

Both sides currently sit 2-2, with Brisbane needed to take the premiership points here if they are to genuine threats for the flag.
