A top star with Matchroom, Nicolson (13-1) was the interim WBC featherweight champion but earned full-time status after Amanda Serrano relinquished the belt. The 2018 Commonwealth Games gold medalist lost the title against Tiara Brown to start 2025.
In a bold move, Nicolson moved down a weight class to super bantamweight. She looks to become a two-division champion and secure her place on top of the 122-pound division.
"Obviously, coming off my first professional defeat, this one's really important for me to not just prove to the world, but prove to myself what I'm really about," Nicolson told ESPN.
"I didn't feel like I made a great account of myself in my last performance, so for me it's just about writing those wrongs."
Singh (12-3) is on a four-fight win streak. The Delhi-born fighter has seven wins via knockout and competes in only her third fight since 2023.
