The Wests Tigers have ended months of speculation by committing to Leichhardt Oval and Campbelltown Stadium as their long-term homes.
On Monday, the club announced a 15-year strategy that secures both venues for NRL and NRLW fixtures.
It marks a major turning point after repeated warnings from the club to local councils that Campbelltown could be abandoned without urgent upgrades.

Earlier this year, Tigers' chief executive Shane Richardson issued an ultimatum to Campbelltown City Council, insisting $50 million in redevelopment funding was required or the ground risked being dropped beyond 2026.
Instead of an exit, the Tigers have struck a deal backed by all levels of government. More than $100 million has been earmarked for upgrades across the two grounds, guaranteeing that the club remains connected to its Inner West and South West heartlands.

Leichhardt Oval is set for $50 million in redevelopment, with construction set to begin at the conclusion of the 2026 season.
Campbelltown Stadium will receive the same investment, with works to expand capacity, improve facilities, and add corporate boxes.
For Richardson, the agreement gives the club both the financial stability that they've been after, but at the same time preserving the Tigers' identity.
"It was vitally important to ensure this strategy supported the long-term financial sustainability of the Wests Tigers, while maintaining a strong connection to the communities we represent,” he said.
Club chairman Barry O’Farrell praised the deal as a significant milestone in executing the Tigers' strategic vision.
"Leichhardt Oval and Campbelltown Sports Stadium are significant to the rich history of the Wests Tigers, our foundation clubs and our members and supporters," he said.
"We are extremely thankful to all levels of government, who have invested in facilities that will better serve their respective communities."
Campbelltown Mayor Darcy Lound called the outcome a "great win" for local fans and the next generation of athletes.
Inner West City Mayor Darcy Byrne added that Leichhardt Oval had been "saved as a rugby league venue for decades to come."
The Tigers will now work closely with both councils to ensure that its two spiritual homes meet their vision for what the club will represent going forward; with home games to continue being played at CommBank Stadium for the duration of the renovations.
