Judkins was the No. 36 overall pick in April's NFL Draft, the fourth pick of the second round.
The Browns acquired his selection in the Travis Hunter trade with the Jaguars, along with No. 5 overall (Mason Graham) and a 2026 first-round pick.
Judkins was a star at Ohio State in his lone year with the Buckeyes en route to a national championship.
The legal case against Judkins from earlier this summer was dropped, but the NFL is still looking into it as a league matter.
