The Kansas City Chiefs already have an injury concern with wide receiver Xavier Worthy after the Week 1 game against the Los Angeles Chargers.

Thankfully, Worthy was able to walk off under his own power, but he was clearly in pain. Here's the latest update on the Chiefs wide receiver.
