Tre Tucker doesn't catch anyone's eye getting off the bus.
But the Las Vegas Raiders' diminutive, speedy wide receiver had an incredible game on Sunday in Week 3 against the Washington Commanders.
These were his final stats:
- 8 catches
- 145 receiving yards
- 3 receiving TDs
- 1 rush for 4 yards
Tucker had a pair of 10-yard touchdowns and then he went for a 61-yard TD late.
The Raiders kept throwing because the Commanders were up big from the outset.
Tucker was the by-far leading receiver for Vegas.
It'll make him a popular waiver wire target in fantasy football, which is an iffy proposition.
Tucker is at best the third option, at least on paper, behind Jakobi Meyers and Brock Bowers. The Raiders also hyped up rookie Dont'e Thornton Jr. throughout the preseason.
But if you have a spot to use, Tucker is worth a flier. If he turns out to be one of Geno's top targets going forward, his explosive ability could allow him to be a productive player.
