The Hundred 2025 saw another lively night at Lord's as Northern Superchargers climbed into the top three with a convincing win over London Spirit. With both sides pushing for qualification, the contest was expected to be a close one but the visitors took charge early and never looked back.

Zak Crawley leads Northern Superchargers' run chase

Zak Crawley - fresh from his recent Test clash with India's Shubman Gill, made sure the spotlight was on him once again. Opening the batting, the England star struck an unbeaten 55 off 38 balls to steer the Northern Superchargers home with 18 deliveries to spare.

His captain Harry Brook hit the winning runs to cap off an eight-wicket win. The chase was set up by the bowlers who restricted London to 135 for 3.

Crawley acknowledged that Adil Rashid and the attack deserved as much credit as the batting effort.

London Spirit never quite found rhythm with the bat. Australian veteran David Warner fell for a four-ball duck; leaving Ollie Pope (52) and Jamie Smith (41) to carry the innings.

Crawley's positive start in the powerplay made the chase straightforward with London unable to build pressure.  With this win, the Northern Superchargers moved to 16 points; level with Oval Invincibles and Trent Rockets - keeping their qualification hopes strong.
