Marcus Rashford is one of the three summer transfer window signings for Barcelona as they struggle with financial constraints.
The England international has joined the Catalan outfit on loan from Manchester United after they missed out on Nico Williams, who eventually decided to sign an extension with Athletic Bilbao.
Rashford is mainly signed because of his versatility and the experience that he brings as a squad depth option for manager Hansi Flick.
The 27-year-old had a decent loan stint at Aston Villa where he showed glimpses of his brilliance but due to PSR restrictions, the Villains couldn't sign him permanently despite Unai Emery's interest.
Rashford is hoping to reignite that form under Flick at Camp Nou as he is keen to bring up his best performances this season with an eye on next year's World Cup.
The Englishman in a recent interview shared his early dynamics with his Barcelona teammates. He was asked about the most underrated player in the roster and Rashford told Sport, "It’s difficult, everyone is very good. But for what he does for the team I think Frenkie. It’s difficult, everyone is very good. But for what he does for the team I think Frenkie [ De Jong]."

De Jong is an extremely vital player in controlling the tempo in midfield in this Flick high-intensity system and despite that his future at the club is in jeopardy.
The Dutchman is like a fulcrum for this Barcelona side, but he still doesn't get enough appreciation because his game isn't flashy enough nor he gets his name amongst goals or assists.
The 28-year-old's current contract with the Catalans is expiring next summer and he is reportedly working on a new contract extension after he parted ways with his old agent, Ali Dursun.
What did Rashford say about Barcelona's chances of winning trophies this season?
Barcelona finished with the domestic treble as they secured the La Liga, Copa del Rey and Spanish Super Cup crowns in a fantastic 2024/25 campaign under Flick.

The Catalans were also in course to win the Champions League until they lost against Inter Milan in the semifinals in an absolute thriller.
When asked about Barcelona's chances to win the Champions League crown this season, Rashford stated, "Yes, for sure. Not only the Champions League, but everything. They had a great season last year. Now it's about forgetting it, trying to repeat it, and doing even better."
"I don't see why we couldn't win every trophy we're competing for. For me, the team is ready to win. I just want to help the team however I can. The season is long and football is unpredictable, but the team and staff have the strong mentality to face any challenge."
Barcelona began their La Liga title defense with a 3-0 win over Mallorca away from home as Raphinha, Ferran Torres and Lamine Yamal were on the scoresheet as the hosts finished with nine men after two of their players got sent off.
The match also marked Rashford's official debut for Barcelona as he made an introduction from the bench in the 69th minute, replacing Torres in attack.
