Royal Challengers Bengaluru, following their dramatic run-chase against the Lucknow Super Giants, headed towards Mullanpur to play Qualifier 1 of the Indian Premier League 2025.

After winning the toss and bowling first, RCB was all over the Punjab Kings batters at their backyard as Suyash Sharma joined an elite list of RCB bowlers.

Coming in as the 4th bowler after the new ball bowlers had done the damage, Sharma bowled an exceptional spell to get the RCB on the driving seat with a spell of 3/17 in 3 overs.

Bowling a couple of exquisite googlies, the right-arm wrist spinner cleaned up the dangerous Shashank Singh, Marcus Stoinis and the debutant, Musheer Khan, in the all-important match.
