The Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi witnessed one of the most dominating run chases in IPL history. Gujarat Titans’ openers, Shubman Gill and Sai Sudharsan, made a target of 200 look small as they chased it down without losing a single wicket.
Sudharsan brought up a stunning century (108* off 61 balls), while Gill played the perfect support role with 93* off 53 balls. Together, they added an unbeaten 205-run stand and made sure Delhi Capitals were left helpless on their home turf.
The match not only confirmed GT’s spot in the playoffs but also set a new IPL record. This became the highest-ever 10-wicket chase in the league’s history.

IPL 2025: Why GT's win vs DC was historic?
It was historic. Gujarat Titans became the first team in IPL history to successfully chase 200+ without losing a wicket. That’s no small feat.
Sudharsan took charge early, attacking the bowlers right from the PowerPlay. Gill paced himself, then picked up the tempo later, especially against spin. Their partnership never looked shaky, and by the end, the result felt like a formality.
