2025 World Grand Prix of Darts Day 1/First Round final results, scores, schedule and bracket: Bunting, Humphries highlight round one winners image

Luke Humphries, James Wade, Nathan Aspinall and Stephen Bunting were among the many stars who took the stage during Monday night's eight-game slate.

Day 1 didn't disappoint, with several upsets and last-leg deciders.

Rob Cross vs. Wessel Nijman: The first game of the night required a last-leg decider in set #3, with Rob Cross winning despite Nijman having a chance to win the match.

Martin Schindler vs. Krzysztof Ratajski: The first seed of the tournament has gone down, as Ratajski wins 2-0 with an impressive average of 95.94.

Chris Dobey vs. Cameron Menzies: Another seed goes down, as Menzies produces an impressive display to knock out the #8 seed.

James Wade vs. Joe Cullen: Cullen was sprinting out of the gates in leg #1, and came back from down 2-0 in set #2 to beat James Wade 2-0 in sets.

Danny Noppert vs. Jermaine Wattimena: Wattimena had a dart for the match, but Noppert pulled off an impressive comeback, winning 2-1.

Luke Humphries vs. Nathan Aspinall: Aspinall had his chances to make it a close game, but some crucial errors led to his defeat, as Humphries took home a 2-0 win.

Gary Anderson vs. Raymond van Barneveld: van Barneveld made a strong effort to come back from down 1-0 in sets, but couldn't put a leg together up 2-1 legs in set #3, losing to Anderson 2-1 in sets.

Stephen Bunting vs. Niko Springer: Springer had a chance to force a third set, but Bunting's scoring was too much for him. Bunting managed to take home a 2-0 win.
