The group stage of UEFA Women's Euro 2025 concludes this weekend.
The majority of the quarterfinalists have been confirmed, but there is still plenty to play for among the nations in Groups C and D, not least England and tournament debutants Wales.
The first two of those ties in the last eight are set, with Norway to face Italy and Spain to meet hosts Switzerland. The remaining two matchups will be determined on Saturday and Sunday.

Which teams have qualified for Euro 2025 quarterfinals?
The last round of the Euro 2025 group stage is underway, with all to play for as the top two teams from each of the four groups progress to the knockout rounds.
Thus far, five of eight teams have been confirmed for the quarterfinals: Norway, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Germany, and Sweden.

Women's Euro 2025 permutations: What teams need to qualify for quarterfinals
Group A — Norway, Switzerland, Finland, Iceland
Norway won this group with a convincing three wins out of three.
Switzerland and Finland ended the group with four points each following one win, one loss, and one draw, but the host nation ultimately claimed second place due to goal difference after a 1-1 draw with Finland in Geneva.
Iceland's journey in the tournament also came to end after a disappointing three losses.
Progressing to the quarterfinals: Norway, Switzerland
Eliminated: Finland, Iceland
Group B — Spain, Italy, Belgium, Portugal
Spain shone in this group, winning all three of their matches and finishing 12 goals better off than anyone else in the pool. Italy, despite having a mixed journey of one win, one loss and one draw, will also be progressing.
It is the end of the road for Belgium and Portugal, with three and one points respectively.

Group C — Sweden, Germany, Denmark, Poland
Sweden and Germany were confirmed as moving forward to the knockout rounds with a game to spare thanks to two wins from two over Denmark and Poland
And the Scandinavians made sure of top spot in some style, coming from behind to defeat the Euro 2022 finalists 4-1.
There was no way back for Germany after Carlotta Wamser handled on the goalline to be sent off and Fridolina Rolfo made it 3-1 from the penalty spot before halftime.
Progressing to the quarterfinals: Sweden, Germany
Eliminated: Denmark, Portugal
Group D — England, Netherlands, France, Wales
France progressed as group winners, continuing their recent good form against England by beating the reigning champions 2-1 in their opening match before hammering debutants Wales and the Netherlands 4-1 and 5-2 respectively.
A tough group on paper ultimately played out with England and France standing a class apart. Sarina Wiegman's side ran out 4-0 winners over the Dutch before dismantling neighbours Wales 6-1.

Norway vs. Italy on Wednesday, July 16 at 9 p.m. CET (8 p.m. BST)
Spain vs. Switzerland on Friday, July 18 at 9 p.m. CET (8 p.m. BST)
