The heated rivalry between LSU and Ole Miss just got even bigger now that a head coach's daughter and player on the opposing team just hard launched their relationship. 

The stakes for Saturday's big game got even higher on Monday after Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin's daughter, Landry Kiffin, shared a photo snuggled up with LSU junior linebacker Whit Weeks on Instagram. 

She captioned the post, "happy :)." 

Landry included several photos with friends, as well as a snap snuggled up on Weeks lap with her arm wrapped around his neck. 

Weeks, who re-shared the loved-up photo on his IG Stories, left a coy comment on the post, saying, "Nice dude." 

While Landry didn't officially use the word boyfriend in her post, fans on both teams quickly shared their thoughts on the pair's relationship status, with many writing, "Hard launch." 

One fan commented, "Aight….if lsu wins we blaming Landry." 

Another person quipped, "Terrible looks for ole miss not only is our team running through you but now our rival smh get standards ."

Someone else said, "lane punching the air rn (right now)." 

Another added, "@whit.weeks don’t let this mess you up from understanding what needs to happen at 3:30 Saturday."

Someone else said, "Poor Lane.. this is low brow even for the SEC. Eli’s daughters would never @thereallanekiffin." 

Fans also began to wonder where Landry's loyalties lie ahead of the big game, in which the No. 4 ranked Tigers will take on the No. 13 ranked Rebels on Saturday. 

Luckily, Ole Miss head coach and proud father, Lane, gave a hint on X, suggesting that blood is thicker than water and that his daughter's loyalty will lie with her 50-year-old father. 

"Will be rooting for Rebs," Lane wrote, alongside a photo of he and his wife holding Landry as a baby. 

It's unclear how long the pair have been dating, however, Landry sparked dating rumors with the LSU star earlier this month when she referred to him as her boyfriend in a "get ready with me" video with his sister, Katie Weeks, on social media. 

In the video, Katie admitted that she didn't like Landry at first because she was dating her brother.

"I liked you like the second day we texted," Katie said, specifying that she didn't like her at first meet. 

"I like going out with you more than him," Landry joked, adding that it's ok because Katie was just being a "protective" little sister. 

Ole Miss will take on the LSU Tigers at 3:30 pm EST on Saturday, Sept. 27.
