In case you didn't already hear the news, Michael Jordan is coming back to NBC Sports.

We all know 1990s NBA on NBC wasn't complete without Jordan and the Chicago Bulls, which makes this announcement a full circle moment. Confirmed earlier this week by both NBC and Jordan, the legendary Hall of Famer is set to become a special contributor to NBC's NBA coverage, which makes its comeback this fall. The official X account for NBA on NBC and Peacock took to X to announce the exciting news, which also included a montage of highlights from Jordan's career.

The announcement came with the message, "A legendary addition to our team! We’re thrilled to welcome Michael Jordan as a special contributor to the NBA on NBC and Peacock," and will be the first time Jordan has ever had television role covering the NBA in any capacity.
