Russell Wilson couldn't get enough of his wife Ciara in a newly dropped selfie from the singer.

The selfie, which was posted as a series of behind-the-scenes snaps shared capturing her Met Gala extravaganza, featured the singer and entrepreneur sporting cornrows and a natural bare face, which promptly elicited a gushing response from Wilson. "Pretty Girl. Pretty Momma. Pretty Wife. Pretty Mrs. Wilson. Pretty Forever Mine," he wrote. While Wilson's comment was the most important, the comments from Ciara's fans were sweet as well, with a few writing, "them cornrows are professionally done hun. 😍," and "That short hair with your beautiful cheekbones 😍🔥🔥."

For the actual Met Gala event, Ciara and Wilson appeared on the blue carpet showcasing fashionable looks. The "Goodies" singer wore a black and silver gown fully loaded with crystals by fashion designer LaQuan Smith. She rounded out her look with a pair of black pointed-toe pumps that featured an exaggerated triangular upper and a closed-back design. The shoes were completed with a stiletto heel measuring between 4-to-5 inches in height. Styling her hair in sleek blonde bob style, the entrepreneur rocked a smoky makeup look.

As for Wilson, he opted for a black tuxedo with a matching black coat, and accessorized his look with a pair of black sunglasses, a cane and a crystal brooch.
