Updated Fantasy Football Kicker Rankings Week 1: Who to start, best sleepers and streamers at K image

The NFL is back, and with that, you get to stress about which kicker to start in your fantasy football leagues.

Kicker is by far the most difficult position at which to predict good fantasy football performances. So many factors go into a kicker getting a field-goal attempt, which is ultimately what you want.

Something that always made sense was seeing which kickers are playing indoors. This simply takes away the single most important factor when it comes to kicking, weather.

Then, you want to find this balance between a good offense playing a solid defense, which might seem like you would want a bad defense on the other end, but remember, you want field-goal attempts, not PATs.

Who are the best fantasy kickers in Week 1?

You have the usual top dogs at the top of these rankings, such as Brandon Aubrey, Harrison Butler, and Tyler Bass.

Tyler Loop takes over as the Baltimore Ravens' starting kicker after Justin Tucker's departure. He'll be a good start in what should be an offensive clash.

Who are the best fantasy kicker sleepers in Week 1?

Kicker is a funny position, because you could say you want a kicker in a good offense, after all, there will be more opportunities. At the same time, a mediocre or even bad offense might offer more stalled drives in FG range.

The kickers playing in a closed stadium are as follows: Chase McLaughlin, Chad Ryland, Younghoe Koo, Spencer Shrader, Blake Grupe, and Riley Patterson.

Chase McLaughlin is my favorite starter in Week 1.
