The Clemson Tigers have dominated the ACC in recent memory. They have eight conference titles dating back to 2014. They have been the premier program in the conference for a while now, and it doesn't look like that's going to change any time soon.
Even with Bill Belichick potentially helping UNC to relevance, the rise of Miami under Mario Cristobal, and some wild cards like Duke, Clemson remains the favorite for the ACC title. According to PFF's Dalton Wasserman, the Tigers are easily the team to beat in the conference.
"It's the Clemson Tigers," Wasserman said. "I think it would be a major upset [if they didn't win the title]. I don't know if they're minus odds right now, but it would be a major, major, major upset if Clemson did not win the ACC."
He added, "I think the easiest pick out of probably any conference that we've done here. The amount of talent is just crazy." He then said he would weirdly pick Duke to be the runner-up and not Miami, but either way, it is expected dominance for Clemson this year.
His cohost, Max Chadwick, said Clemson is his best team in the nation, so the outlet clearly really likes the Tigers this year.
