The Los Angeles Rams could be without star wide receiver Puka Nacua for their London game in Week 7.

The star wide receiver went down in the first half of Los Angeles' Week 6 win over the Baltimore Ravens. He was later diagnosed with an ankle injury after missing the remainder of the half. Nacua was eventually able to return to the game, but could miss further time.

Here are the latest updates for Nacua's lower-body injury.

Puka Nacua injury updates

Nacua made a big play in the second quarter, and then his quarterback, Matthew Stafford, was looking for him in the endzone, but it was knocked away by Baltimore corner Marlon Humphrey. Nacua was then rolling on the ground in pain.

Nacua was helped off the field and immediately taken to the locker room.

Nacua was initially diagnosed with a foot injury and considered questionable to return.

Nacua then returned to the sideline. He was running on the sideline and testing his foot, but has not yet returned to the game.

Nacua returned to the game later on.

After the Week 6 win over Baltimore, head coach Sean McVay said that Nacua was actually dealing with an ankle injury and his status for next week's game in London is TBD.

Ian Rapoport reported Monday that Nacua is dealing with an ankle sprain, which is "likely" to cause him to miss time, especially with the Rams' bye coming in Week 8.
