Jesse Hogan could miss GWS Giants' finals campaign as he battles a chronic foot injury.
The 2024 Coleman Medallist hasn't played since Round 21 against the Bulldogs, where he only managed three possessions and no marks in an 88-point loss.
Hogan has been ruled out of the Giants' final home-and-away match against St Kilda and is in significant doubt for finals due to a recurrence of a navicular injury.
"He has a crucial meeting tomorrow (Wednesday) with the same surgeon that did his navicular surgery six years ago," Mitch Cleary said on The Agenda Setters.

"He hasn’t played since this game against (the Western Bulldogs) three or four weeks ago, he won’t play this week against North Melbourne in the Giants’ last home and away game of the season.
"Depending on how this meeting goes with that surgeon tomorrow, that will decide the rest of his season.
"The Giants are holding their breath."
GWS are all-but guaranteed a position in the finals series regardless of their result with St Kilda on Sunday with their healthy percentage and the face the Bulldogs play the Dockers below them.
If without Hogan throughout the finals series, the Giants will rely on Aaron Cadman and Jake Riccardi as their main forward talls, with Max Gruzewski likely to support.
