The storyline entering "Sunday Night Football" was Micah Parsons' return to Dallas, but defense did not dominate the night by any means.
The Green Bay Packers and Dallas Cowboys combined for 80 points, 40 apiece, in the NFL's first tie in three years. Parsons, meanwhile, was held almost completely in check in regulation, limited to two assisted tackles. It wasn't until overtime that he started to break through against his former teammates on Dallas' offensive line.
Parsons recorded a sack of Dak Prescott in the red zone on the Cowboys' overtime drive, chasing down his former teammate and potentially preventing a touchdown. Dallas kicked a field goal, which Green Bay matched on the other end, and Parsons' sack might have been the difference between a loss and the tie.
