On the other hand, Pakistan are chasing their third Asia Cup title and their first since 2012. While this will be their fifth final, it is their first meeting with arch-rivals India in the final.
As the final approaches, a Pakistan fan has sent a passionate message to Haris Rauf against India. The video went viral when the fan met Rauf following the Men in Green's 11-run win over Bangladesh to seal a spot in the final on September 28.
Angry Pakistan fan tells Haris Rauf to beat India at all cost
Rauf, who picked a crucial 3/33 in his four overs against Bangladesh on Thursday addressed the fans in the stands. He was signing autographs and clicking photographs following their win.

In a viral video posted by a fan, Rauf shook hands with the supporters, when one passionate fan was seen screaming his out to the pacer about the India game. This comes at a time when tensions are high between the teams amid the handshake controversy.
Here's what the fan said:
"India ko chhodna nahi hai. Badla lena hai," said the fan as the Pakistan fast bowler shook his hands and blew kisses while heading back towards the team.
Rauf is already under the scanner of the ICC match referee after his controversial gesture during their last defeat against India and is supposed to attend the ICC official hearing with Richie Richardson on Friday.
