Ange Postecoglou's new beginning at Nottingham Forest is off to a bad start, as the side let a two goal lead slip away to Championship side, Swansea City.
The Garibaldis were 2-1 up going into stoppage time of the Carabao Cup third round clash, thanks to Igor Jesus' first half goals.
But with six minutes of added time, Swansea shocked everyone with goals in quick succession to steal the win.
This was Postecoglou's second game in charge after replacing an ousted Nuno Espirito Santo.
Forest suffered a 3-0 defeat to Arsenal at the Emirates on Saturday in the Premier League.
Speaking after the defeat to Swansea, the Forest boss said; "I just thought it was a game we really should have killed off long before it got to the stage that it did."

Postecoglou came into the job with a great deal of confidence, saying he had "nothing to prove".
But it's always tale as old as time for Premier League managers - they will be judged the moment they step into the role.
Considering the Australian was let go from his position at Tottenham Hotspur based on the club's performance in the League, despite winning them a trophy, it's likely that he will face criticism once again.
And with his joking admission of needing to win a trophy in his first season at Forest, one of those opportunities to lift silverware has slipped away.
