Joey Chestnut is back to reclaim his throne.
A year after he was banned for signing a sponsorship deal with vegan food producer Impossible Foods, the 16-time Mustard Belt winner announced his return to the Nathan's Famous Hot Dog Eating Contest.
The annual event will once again be held on July 4 at Coney Island. It features a lot of returning faces, including 10-time women's champion Miki Sudo.
Other contestants include 2024 men's winner Patrick Bertoletti as well as Geoffrey Esper, James Webb and Nick Wehry.
