We are closing in on the first month of the high school football season in Nebraska, as it has featured some incredible individual performances.

To put a wrap on Week 4, here is a look at some of the top individual performances from around the state.

Nebraska High School Football Week 4 Top Individual Performances

  • Jett Thomalla from Millard South tossed six touchdown passes, setting the Class A career record for TD throws. He finished 15 of 19 for 265 yards. 
  • Drew Streich of Norfolk was unguardable, hauling in four passes for 140 yards and two touchdowns.
  • Braylen Warren was a one-man machine for Omaha Westside, rushing for 304 yards and a TD.
  • D'Onta Settles-Skelly didn't need to play offense to score, returning an interception and a fumble back for scores for Omaha Benson.
  • Sammy Jurgens completed 18 of 24 passes for 223 yard and four touchdowns, adding a fifth score with his legs.
  • Plattsmouth's Levi Walker ran for 264 yards and found the end zone three times.
  • Cal Kissinger of Ashland-Greenwood caused fits for Auburn, catching six passes for 131 yards and three touchdowns.
  • Austin Scheuler out of Archbishop Bergan had five total touchdowns and threw for 342 yards in an easy win.
  • Callen Schnitzer of Lourdes Central Catholic ran for 278 yards with four touchdowns.
  • In a shootout, Weeping Water's Tucker Bickford had five touchdowns and over 300 yards.
  • Gage Hedstrom of St. Mary's piled up nearly 400 yards of total offense with nine touchdowns, including six passing strikes.
